V-KOOL®
Until recently, existing stores with west and south facing windows had to choose between natural light and heat control. To reduce interior temperatures and air conditioning operating cost, such facilities chose conventional heat blocking window film and gave up on experiencing the benefits of day lighting.
That choice is no longer necessary. Now, with virtually colorless, heat blocking, spectrally selective V-KOOL® it is possible for existing retail facilities to cost effectively block heat while simultaneously enjoying the benefits of natural light. V-KOOL® can allow 70% of the light to come through the glass while stopping 55% of the heat and 99% of the ultraviolet light. This film is a perfect summer/winter film.
